Thank you for shopping at Baba Cigars. We take great care in packaging and shipping our premium cigars to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
Returns
Due to the nature of our products and strict regulations governing tobacco sales, we maintain the following return policy:
- Damaged or Defective Products: If your cigars arrive damaged, defective, or in unsatisfactory condition due to shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
- Incorrect Orders: If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will ship the correct product at no charge and arrange for the return of the incorrect item.
- Unopened Products: Unopened and sealed cigar boxes or bundles may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, minus original shipping costs. Items must be in their original, unopened packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened cigar boxes, bundles, or individual cigars
- Products that have been stored improperly after delivery
- Sale or clearance items (unless damaged or defective)
- Gift cards
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return or report a problem with your order, please contact our customer service team at info@babacigars.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will respond within 24 hours with further instructions.
Exchanges
We are happy to exchange unopened products for items of equal or greater value (with the difference charged accordingly). Please contact us to arrange an exchange.
