At Baba Cigars, we understand the importance of proper handling when it comes to premium cigars. Every order is carefully packaged with humidity control to ensure your cigars arrive in optimal condition.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may take an additional 1-2 business days. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods & Rates

We offer the following shipping options for domestic orders within the United States:

  • Standard Shipping (5-7 business days): Calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.
  • Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days): Available at an additional cost calculated at checkout.
  • Overnight Shipping (1 business day): Available for orders placed before 12:00 PM EST on business days.
  • Free Shipping: Orders over $150 qualify for free standard shipping within the continental United States.

Packaging

All orders are shipped in discreet, unmarked packaging. We use insulated shipping materials and humidity packs (such as Boveda packs) to maintain proper humidity levels during transit. During extreme weather conditions (temperatures above 90°F or below 32°F), we may hold shipments to protect product quality and will notify you if this occurs.

Age Verification

As required by law, an adult signature (21+) with valid identification may be required upon delivery of tobacco products. Please ensure someone of legal age is available to sign for the package at the delivery address.

Shipping Restrictions

Due to varying state and local laws regarding tobacco products, we are unable to ship to certain states and jurisdictions. If your shipping address is in a restricted area, you will be notified at checkout. We currently ship only within the United States.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package using the carrier's website or by logging into your account on our website.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package appears to be lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@babacigars.com within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to locate your package or arrange a replacement. Please retain all packaging materials and take photos of any damage for our records.
