Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Because our products are consumable tobacco goods, returns are subject to the conditions below for health and safety reasons.

Returns

Unopened products in their original, sealed packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery. For health and safety reasons, opened tobacco products and humidified items cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with photos and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
