Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Adult Signature Required

Because we ship age-restricted tobacco products, an adult signature (18/21+) and valid photo ID may be required upon delivery. Packages cannot be left unattended. The recipient must meet the legal age requirement.

Destinations

We ship only to destinations where the sale and shipment of tobacco products is permitted. Orders to restricted areas will be cancelled and refunded. The customer is responsible for ensuring delivery is lawful at their address.

Storage & Care

Cigars are perishable. We package to protect freshness, but extended transit or extreme weather may affect humidity. Store cigars in a humidor upon arrival.
